Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AYRO is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. AYRO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
